Visitor Policy
Keeping our campus safe, welcoming, and focused on learning.
Parent Behavioral Expectations
During any campus visit, parents are expected and required to comply with all campus visitor procedures and to comport themselves at all times with appropriate decorum — in a manner that is respectful and conducive to an environment in which the educational objectives of the school can be effectively administered. Any parental behavior that constitutes harassment, bullying, or verbal or physical abuse of staff or students, or that otherwise disrupts the educational environment, is expressly prohibited. Parents may not interfere with instruction or distract from the instructional environment, nor help their child with schoolwork during a campus visit unless specifically allowed by the classroom teacher. Parents who disregard these expectations will be ejected from campus, may be prohibited from or limited in future campus visits, and may be subject to other consequences under applicable law or policy.
Visitors & the General Public
- All visitors (volunteering, observing, meeting with staff, etc.) must enter through the main/front doors, report to the school office, sign in, present identification, and wear a visitor badge at all times
- Entrance through other doors is not permitted; all visitors must be escorted by a staff member at all times
- No person may visit or audit a classroom or school activity, remain on school premises, or conduct any activity on school premises without prior approval by the school leader or their authorized representative
