Summer School Information
Summer School Dates: June 1st- July 10th
Available to all current and new SPES students entering Kindergarten - 5th grades for Fall 2021.
Our summer program is virtual this year. Students will be able to participate in 2 virtual sessions per day Monday- Thursday. Perfect attendance during the summer program earns the student 3 Free SPES Uniform shirts for the fall school year. All students will receive a FREE breakfast and Lunch. More details will be available for the Food service pick-up and drop off

Project Based Learning Every Thursday
What is PBL- Project Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching method in which students learn by actively engaging in real-world and personally meaningful projects.
Every Thursday during summer school students will participate and a variety of project based activities with their instructors. Students will receive project information 1 week prior to class to prepare for activity and lesson for the week. Each lesson will incorporate a variety of academic and real world applications to help students enhance their knowledge and problem solving skills. Students will present their final project to the class and teacher at the end of the 1.45 min class. ALL SUPPLIES FOR THE PROJECT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL!
