Parent Involvement

Parents are an important part of the learning community at South Pointe Elementary School. Parent and community involvement in the educational process are paramount to increasing and maintaining achievement levels for all students. According to national studies, when parents are involved in their children’s education, the attitudes, behaviors and achievement of students are positively enhanced.  South Pointe Elementary School welcomes and encourages family and community members to share their resources, talents and time in order to aid the school in meeting its goals.  The campus welcomes volunteers and has multiple opportunities for community involvement.
