This week is spirit week, here is the schedule: Mon 10/28- College Day Tues 10/29- Neon Day Wed 10/30- Thurs 10/31- Costume Day Fri 11/1- Class Color Day 3rd grade wear BLUE **Our Costume Party will be on Thursday October 31st in the classroom. You are welcome to join and bring treats for the class. We have 25 students. ** Turn Up Thursday will also be on Thursday October 31st in the afternoon.

This week there is a school wide Book Fair Competition. The class who brings in the most change will win a FREE book from the book fair. Yes, each student will receive their own FREE book from the book fair! Pretty sweet, right?? Here is the schedule for the week: Monday October 21- Bring in PENNIES Tuesday October 22- Bring in NICKELS Wednesday October 23- Bring in DIMES Thursday October 24- Bring in QUARTERS Friday October 25- Bring in ANY CHANGE You all know I love competitions :) so yes, I will be bringing in change for the class as well!! Let's win this competition and FREE books for our students! Thank you all for your support! <3 Ms. Pacheco It's almost Fall Break!!!!
We are on our last week of school before we get a week off for Fall Break!! Fall Break will be a great time to read books for our Corey Peters Reading Challenge. Each student will check out a chapter book from me On Friday before we leave. If they read for 30 minutes each day, they will complete their book by the time we come back. I will then email Ms. Jones and let her know they are ready to take their comprehension test! When we come back, we will begin with multiplication in math. There will be a multiplication club in the classroom where the students will be able to put their name on the number on the wall to let the class know they have mastered that multiplication table.
