Our Mission

​We, the South Pointe community of parents, staff, and students, celebrate high academic achievement and the life long quest for knowledge. We value and nurture the diverse talents and uniqueness of each individual. We are committed to creating a stimulating and challenging educational experience that empowers all members to strive for excellence and enrich the wider community.

Our Vision

          Safe Schools-South Pointe Elementary School will provide a safe learning environment that will promote equal educational opportunities for all students.
  • BELIEVE 
          Citizenship/Character- South Pointe Elementary School will establish an elevated level of personal respect for one's self and school community.
  • GROW 
          Student Accomplishments- South Pointe Elementary School students will develop a high scholastic level in academic areas necessary for advancement to junior high school and high school. South            Pointe Elementary School's staff and students model seven traits of character in the classroom and in everyday living. 

Arizona State Board of Charter Schools Mission Statement:

​The mission of South Pointe Elementary is to address the physical, emotional and social needs of each child. We are a multi-cultural community of learners where mutual respect is expected. We hold ourselves and our students to high expectations while providing programs to at risk youth. While we accept all students, including those students who may come to us behind academically, we encourage all of our students to reach their full potential by providing a safe, nurturing, yet challenging educational environment.
