Everyone! Don't forget that Wednesday the 22nd is our END OF THE YEAR PARTY!
We will be watching a movie (rated G of course) and having food and drinks.
The books for the kids with the most growth in the NWEA will also be passed out that day.
I am so excited!
The Annual Pool Party is tomorrow! Please have your students bring in their permission slips if you haven't already. Make sure they have all the stuff that they will need for their adventure.
-Get some rest everyone! The last NWEA test is tomorrow, and it is for Language.
-Don't forget, Thursday is our Annual Pool Party. If you did not get a permission slip, or it has been misplaced, please let me know. Students will be allowed to dress down on Thursday, and you can wear your swimming suits under your clothes. You can bring your own water, so make sure to stock up so you can stay hydrated. DON'T FORGET THE SUNBLOCK!
-Our diorama projects are on their way! To those that have not brought their stuff, there is still time. They are going to be sent home on Friday after school.
-Next week on Wednesday, May 22nd, we are having our end of the year party. If you are able to, please provide snacks and drinks. No hot chips please.
Don't forget that the Science Fair is tomorrow after school, from 4-6pm. If your child has done a project, please bring it in tomorrow so it can be judged and ranked.
The box diorama projects on the animals is an in class project. Please have all the supplies in my classroom by Monday so we can start working on it. Thank you.
Get some rest everyone! The NWEA Math Assessment is tomorrow. Your goals will be given out in the morning before we test.
The diorama packets went home. These are to tell you what we need by next Monday (5/13/19). This is our final project of the year. We will be doing it in class, so please drop the supplies off at the school. There will be a paper to accompany this diorama as well. It is the last hoorah before grades are due.
Tomorrow is our NWEA Map Reading Assessment. Please make sure your kiddos get enough rest so they can meet and exceed their goals.
Tomorrow at 4:30pm is also our annual poetry slam. Our class wrote an original epic poem called "Dragon." Each student has their own line, so I would love it if everyone were to attend!
Have a fantastic evening!
